Utah’s Senator Orin Hatch works overtime to help illegal aliens with the Dream Act that allows them instate tuition at taxpayer expense. He supports illegal alien migration by doing nothing to stop it at our borders. He’s against the Clear Act, which would allow police departments to arrest and deport illegal aliens. He does nothing to stop employers from hiring millions of illegals.  He knows tens of thousands of illegal aliens reside in Utah—the state he is sworn to represent—yet encourages illegals with educational benefits, even as they take jobs away from Americans.

 

Arizona’s Senator John McCain and Representatives Flake and Kolbe—instead of pushing to enforce America’s immigration laws—work in favor of illegal aliens. In state after state across our nation, our highest elected leaders pander to illegal immigration. Because our leaders have avoided this crisis of the loss of rule-of-law for so long, American citizens suffer the decline of their safety and sovereign nationhood to this accelerating invasion.

 

In Colorado, Representative Mark Udall has met with illegal aliens and then supports the Dream Act to help them use our tax dollars to remain in the USA as well as use our tax dollars for ‘anchor babies’, medical benefits, welfare and worse. Meanwhile, he never said a thing about the eight Boulder women in his district that were raped and assaulted last year by eight illegals. He never mentions that dirty little secret to the press. In fact, he’s in favor of maintaining the importation 1.3 million legal immigrants annually and stands against HR 946, which would drop that number down to a sustainable 300,000 yearly.

 

These men and many of their colleagues like Teddy Kennedy, Secretary Spencer Abrahams, Representative Canon and others at the highest levels of our government--elected to serve American citizens--in fact, are serving foreign nationals and foreign governments.

 

What they don’t tell you are their dirty little secrets or the costs.

 

This writer receives hundreds of emails weekly exposing the secrets of illegal  immigration in America. They include crime, schools being overwhelmed, drugs being imported, diseases, mothers worried about their kids and worse.

 

Here are two examples at the personal level from fellow Americans. Many readers will concur and many will relate as these crimes visit their lives as this lawless invasion continues.

 

An illegal alien who had migrated into Oregon, Gomez-Montavalo, 20, from Mexico, was recently sentenced to 27 years in prison for a series of felonies stemming from burglaries and molesting women who woke up to find him in their beds. After the court costs to defend and convict him, paid for by Oregon taxpayers, he gets a bunk, three squares, TV and exercise facilities daily. It costs taxpayers $64.25 per prisoner each day.

Motavalo will cost Oregonians in the next 27 years a total of $633,720.00. Since there are 715 other illegal aliens in Oregon’s prisons, the total cost to taxpayers annually exceeds $16.8 million. Bet the voters of Oregon wished their leaders would uphold immigration laws!

 

What about the victims who suffered horrific experiences from the other 715 alien criminals? What about the eight women in Boulder, Colorado who were raped by illegal aliens? This is an example of the ‘THIRD WORLD MOMENTUM’ created by this invasion being augmented and facilitated by corporations seeking illegal labor and our elected officials licking some bootstraps of those moneyed big wigs.

 

Across America, this crime wave at the personal level is dirty and devastating to American citizens. Even more sobering are the costs. A full 29% of our prison population is composed of legal and illegal immigrants at a cost of $1 billion annually. Who pays? You do. Do the senators and congressmen who facilitated this crisis care that you’re paying for or suffering these crimes? Not a twit!

 

But back in Utah, a reader complained in a personal way. He wrote, "I am so sick of my son having to take a 'back seat' to the illegals at the hospital for his kidney disease needs. I am sick of seeing good, entry level jobs that should be utilized by our kids--instead being taken by illegals by companies that pay less than minimum wage and let the taxpayer support them. I am tired of our law enforcement personnel being put in jeopardy by these illegals committing crimes. We need better enforcement and stiffer penalties, not just for the illegals, but for the companies that hire them. I worked at the airport for six years until I became disabled. I saw more illegals working there than I have in my whole life. They were lazy, threatening at times, and made things harder for everyone there. When I hear about the Border Security ruse by Tom Ridge, it makes me sick because I see just how these companies and illegals circumvent the law so easily. If it were up to me, I'd patrol the border with gunships. Anyone caught illegally in this country or hiring an illegal would plan on spending a long time digging salt or cleaning roadsides. I'd bring back prison work gangs. I am a decorated, disabled Vietnam vet who wants his children to be able to get jobs without having to compete with people who are in this country illegally!"

 

These dirty little secrets of illegal immigration will not go away while our senators and congressmen assist them instead of deporting them.

 

Worse, this crisis will not go away as long as Americans keep sitting back with their remote in front of the big screen while munching on a pizza. Do you have a secret? If not, given time, you will be able to write your own. Why? Because at 2,200 per day crossing over our borders, it’s only a matter of time before you become a statistic and a story. The term PC should be changed to ‘personal catastrophe’ for you as an individual and our country. It reminds me of what Mark Twain said in the last century, "In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce and brave man--hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."
