This report of an exchange in December of 2004 between the Boulder County Sheriff, Mark Boslough, and Vernon Brandt

This image is of an exchange in December of 2004 between the Boulder County Sheriff, Mark Boslough, and Vernon Brandt.

Due to the postings at a Jeeper site or two, in aggregate with else, the final nail in Vernon Brandt’s coffin of his theories of public roads is hammered in, and the lid is shut.

Whether the threats of vigilante action against private property owners will continue in secret isn’t known, but the abject stupidity of jeepers in posting the most bizarre and often illegal dreams and plans continues to fascinate, as if they had no clue that their forum is open to the world, that they’re not always exchanging information with people who agree with them totally, that exchanging legal information between laymen with no real clue of what they speak is, well, very, very stupid if believed at face value.

Again, for those interested, visit the sites and review the claims of surety and proof by Mr. Brandt and others about the legalities and complexities of this issue.  Their main claim involved RS2477, which turned out not to be relevant, and their history and maps Text Box: were simply weird and not true, for the most part.
