There was another fire in Boulder's Left Hand Canyon, pretty much attributed to a shooter from the 4 wheel community. Not seeing any coverage of it today, but it was in the Daily Camera a few days ago. Any more on this?

This is the expected outcome of the completely unregulated and lawless activities in the area. It is unfortunate, but not unexpected. Many local people have been warning the local ranger district about this for years. Without some law enforcement, it is bound to happen again.
